OK Gas takes your privacy very seriously and will process and use information about you (the data subject) in a secure manner. In this Privacy Statement, we explain to you what data we process, and for what purpose. Who is OK Gas?

OK Gas is the private limited liability company OK Gas B.V., having its registered office at (4181 CE) Waardenburg at Regterweistraat 15, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 30037038.

OK Gas is the data controller with respect to the processing of your personal data.

How does OK Gas use your data?

Below is a summary of the purposes for which OK Gas processes personal data about you. It also indicates what data OK Gas uses for that specific purpose, what the legal basis is for being allowed to process that data and how long the data will be retained by OK Gas. For the sake of clarity, we have grouped everything by type of data flow.

Processing personal data

As part of OK-GAS's services or when you otherwise have contact with OK-GAS (for example, via e-mail or via the contact form on OK-GAS's website), OK-GAS records the data you provide.

You may view the OK-GAS website anonymously at any time, that is, without sharing any personal information with OK-GAS.

Goals

OK-GAS uses your data for the optimal performance of its services, including carrying out activities aimed at increasing its customer base and marketing purposes. Your data will only be used for the purposes for which you have provided them. In principle, your data will not be provided to third parties without your express consent. This will only occur when necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement with OK-GAS or if required by law.

Retention period

Your personal data will be kept as long as it is necessary in the opinion of OK-GAS according to the nature of the contact. This data will never be kept longer than necessary, unless required by other legislation.

Newsletter

OK-GAS informs interested parties about its services through a newsletter. Each newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. The newsletter subscriber file is not provided to third parties.

Security

OK-GAS ensures appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss or unlawful processing of personal data. Some of these measures are:

- the website of OK-GAS is secured with an SSL certificate. With this, confidential information, for example that is provided via a contact form, is sent encrypted; - access to electronic systems is secured with, among other things, a password;

- only authorized personnel/third parties have access to your personal data; and, - a processor agreement has been concluded with the web hosting provider that also ensures the security of your personal data. These measures strive to ensure an appropriate level of security.

Cookies

OK-GAS makes use of cookies. Cookies are small files containing data stored on the hard drive of your computer, tablet or cell phone. These cookies are used to make the OK-GAS website function better. These cookies are not used to identify you.

OK-GAS makes use of Google Analytics. It is possible that cookies are placed by Google Analytics for the purpose of collecting data to ultimately give you an optimal user experience. Through the collection of data via Google Analytics, OK-GAS gains insight into usage and these statistics can be applied to its website. The information obtained is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that these third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Third parties do not have access to the cookies placed by OK-GAS. If you wish, you can change your browser settings to refuse cookies. Disabling cookies only affects the computer and browser on which you perform this operation. If you use multiple computers and/or browsers, you should repeat this operation as often as necessary.

Your rights

You have several rights if your personal data are processed by OK-GAS. You can request to see your personal data, have them changed or deleted. You also have the right to indicate that the processing of your data should be restricted and/or you can object to processing (e.g. against direct marketing).

The rules surrounding the protection of personal data may change constantly. OK-GAS therefore reserves the right to make changes to this privacy statement. Therefore, please check this statement regularly.
